On 7/17/2026 my son and I thought we were just going to get an oil change from Express Oil change on Forest Hill Macon location but we were in for an educational session as well. Thanks to Preston and Nate who not only took the time to demonstrate and educate us on how to change the oil in our vehicles but offered extensive information on the different built in functions in our vehicle systems and also throwing some electrical vehicle’s knowledge as well. They were very helpful, service immaculate and just over all great energy. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. If customer service is important to you this location should be your number 1 option. Guys thank you for sharing and caring we will always get our car serviced with you. You made a difference in our day and our car. Thank you again from Karry-Ann and Makario.

My first visit because Riverside Ford closes at 2 on Saturday. I normally go to Jeff Smith Ford; however, I needed an oil change before heading out of town Sunday. A friend recommended Express Oil Change. Nate was the tech who serviced my car. Professional clean cut young man who acted interested in being of service. I could not have been more pleased; therefore, I gladly gave a cash tip of $5. I've been in the car business 40 years and great service is what brings customers back. No problem with Jeff Smith, but competitive pricing a quality service has created a new long time customer. Thanks Nate.

I had a great experience with my oil change thanks to Preston. He was very professional, friendly, and personable from the moment I arrived. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. It’s not often you find someone who provides such excellent customer service while making you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Preston went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
